In order to create lasting and substantial change it is an absolute must that fitness become a lifestyle for you. That means that setting gym times and showing up is not enough. You have to make it a part of your day to day and moment to moment life by intigrating various cross training modalities and dietary changes into your daily routine. Here I have posted some of the ways that incorporate fitness into my life to avoid the monotony of going to the gym 5 days a week just so that I can put a check next to workout on my to-do list. WE LIVE AND BREATH THIS STUFF!
